Your first steps into boxing fitness
Our classes are designed for absolutely everyone! Whether you're 18 or 80, a complete beginner or experienced athlete, you're welcome here. We have participants of all fitness levels, ages, and backgrounds. Our instructors, including Olympic Bronze Medalist Tony Jeffries and 4th Dan Black Belt Kris Morrison, adapt each workout to meet you where you are.
No experience required! Most of our members had never boxed before joining. Our classes are specifically designed for beginners, and our expert instructors will teach you proper technique from day one. You'll learn at your own pace in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

What to Bring:
We Provide: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, and all heavy bags & equipment. Changing rooms are available on-site.
Our boxing classes are 50 minutes of high-energy training, while our Morning Flow & Stretch yoga classes are 45 minutes. Each boxing class follows a 12-round format that includes warm-up, technique work, cardio boxing rounds, and an abs finisher.

Yes! Our unlimited monthly membership has no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees. We believe in earning your membership every month.
The 10 Class Package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of flexibility to use your classes when it works for your schedule.
Absolutely not! The price you see is what you pay. All boxing gloves, hand wraps, heavy bags, and equipment are included in your class price. There are no registration fees, maintenance fees, or surprise charges.
It depends on your goals and schedule! If you plan to attend 2+ times per week, the Unlimited Monthly ($75/month) is your best value. If you're trying us out or have an unpredictable schedule, start with Drop-In ($12) or the 10 Class Package ($100). Many members start with a package and upgrade to unlimited once they fall in love with boxing!

Our boxing classes are high-energy, 50-minute cardio workouts focused on boxing technique, combinations, and conditioning. Morning Flow & Stretch classes are 45-minute yoga-inspired sessions emphasizing flexibility, mindful movement, and recovery. Both are excellent complements to each other - many members do both!

Safety, health concerns, and injury prevention
Absolutely safe! Our classes are fitness-based boxing, NOT sparring or fighting. You'll never get hit or hit another person. You'll be working on heavy bags, focusing on technique, cardio, and conditioning. It's all the benefits of boxing training without any contact. Our expert instructors, including Olympic Bronze Medalist Tony Jeffries, ensure proper form and safety at all times.
Please consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise program. Once cleared, let our instructors know about your injury during your first class. They can provide modifications and alternatives to ensure you can participate safely and comfortably. We work with members of all abilities and physical conditions.

Absolutely! We have active seniors who love our classes. Boxing is excellent for balance, coordination, bone density, and cardiovascular health - all crucial for healthy aging. Our instructors provide appropriate modifications, and you'll work at a pace that's comfortable for you. We welcome participants from 18 to 80+!
