Kris Morrison brings decades of martial arts expertise and a passion for fitness to every class at Boxing for Everybody. As a 4th Dan Taekwon-Do International Instructor and Grading Examiner, Kris has dedicated his life to teaching proper technique, discipline, and personal growth through martial arts.
His extensive background in martial arts perfectly complements the Tony Jeffries BoxingFitness.com curriculum, creating a unique training experience that emphasizes both technical precision and effective fitness results.

Jessica Foster brings a unique holistic approach to boxing fitness, combining her expertise as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Level 1 Boxing Fitness Instructor, and Registered Yoga Teacher.
Her diverse background allows her to understand how the body moves, recovers, and builds strength from multiple perspectives. This comprehensive knowledge makes her instruction both effective and safe, helping students achieve their fitness goals while preventing injury.
